A client's crisis response is informed by their previous experiences of risk and safety as well as historical survival skills. In the present environment, there are real, ongoing threats to client's safety. This 1 CE training provides a framework to assess your clients crisis response as well as a concrete intervention to create a plan to manage regulation and increase resilience during ongoing uncertainty.

Learning Objectives:

1. View a client's crisis response through a trauma-informed of lens.

2. Utilize a ongoing stress tool to increase client regulation.

3. Examine bias, privilege, and self of therapist issues when assessing and treating ongoing external uncertainty.
