WE NEVER SELL OR SHARE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD-PARTY PERSONS, BUSINESSES, OR CORPORATIONS. ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE IS FOR INTERNAL IRN USE ONLY EXCEPT AS NECESSARY FOR THE LIMITED PURPOSE OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS (SUCH AS USING A CREDIT CARD PROCESSING VENDOR) OR IF REQUIRED BY A COURT ORDER.

  • Billing information, such as credit or debit card numbers are not retained directly by IRN but rather by third-party provider.
  • Commercial information, such as products and services you have purchased from us. We collect this information to maintain customer records, identify trends in our customer relationships, and conduct business analytics.
  1.  How We Use Personal Information

In addition to the purposes for collection described above, we also collect and use your Personal Information for the following general purposes:

You have the right to request access, rectification, restriction and deletion of your PII held by us. Where we are processing your PII based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Where we process your PII based on a legitimate interest in doing so, you have a right to object to this. These rights may be limited in some situations.

We comply with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens’ Online Privacy Protection Act). Our Services are not designed for consumers under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly request or collect any information from anyone under the age of 13.
